As the seasons change, Ireland’s mild climate brings us an abundance of ingredients for making jams and preserves. Whether from the hedgerow, the Dizzy Goat orchard, the greenhouse or the garden, we always find wonderful natural fruits, berries and veggies to be preserved and stored, ready to bring a taste of sunshine to a grey Winter’s day.

Our family favourites which are now also available to you include Wild Elderflower Cordial, Wild Blackberry Syrup, Wild Garlic Pesto, Strawberry and Raspberry Jams, Spiced Apple Mousse, Orange Marmalade, and our very special Three Times Slow Cooked Plum Jam.
