Dizzy Goat Farm’s herd of Anglo Nubian goats produce a unique high quality milk, due to their free range lifestyle on unspoilt pasture and snacking on organic hay. All of these factors contribute to milk with natural goodness and flavour, which we then convert in our artisan cheese room to a very simple and natural range of goat’s milk cheeses.

The beauty of our cheeses is that they can be used in such a variety of different ways and in recipes. At present we are specalising in Chèrve, which is a white, smooth, mild cheese. It highlights the creaminess and freshness of the goat’s milk without overpowering the palate.

Our Chèrve tastes fantastic served fresh, either alone or with crackers or good bread. However we also have variations available.

Chèrve Balls

We can provide these alone or in combination with other ingredients, such as these Chèrve Balls in Olive and White Truffle Oil with a Fresh Herb Dressing, as gorgeous to look at as they are to eat.

Dizzy Goat Cheese Logs

Goat's Cheese log

Dizzy Goat cheese logs are matured over a period of time resulting in a cheese with a delicate flavour and a gooey texture contained within a natural rind. We can produce vast range of flavoured logs to order, such as Honey and Cracked Black Pepper Log, Garlic and Thyme Log, Black Truffle Log.

We are extremely proud of our cheese and enjoy the entire process of making it, from start to finish, and of course we love to ‘test’ the end product too! We also take great pleasure from knowing the health benefits: fewer calories, lower in fat, lower in cholesterol and sodium.

Also because the goats cheeses contains fewer fat golubles and less lactose our goats cheese are easier to digest, especially for those who are lactose intolerant.
